Deep groove ball bearings are particularly versatile. They are simple in design, non-separable, suitable for high and very high speeds and are robust in operation, requiring little maintenance. Because deep groove ball bearing are the most widely used bearing type, they are available from us in many designs, variants and sizes.
Deep groove ball bearing are the most common types of rolling bearings. A basic deep groove ball bearing consists of an outer ring, an inner race, a set of steel balls, and a set of retaining structures. Deep groove ball bearing are of two types, single row and double row. The deep groove ball structure is divided into two kinds of sealing and open structure. The open type means that the bearings are not sealed. The sealed deep groove ball bearing is divided into dustproof sealing and oil tight sealing. The material of dust seal cover is stamped steel, only prevent dust into the bearing raceway. The oil proof type is a contact type oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease from overflowing in the bearing.
Deep groove ball bearing is the most commonly used rolling bearing. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and convenient use. It is mainly used to bear radial load, but when the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, it has certain performance of angular contact ball bearing and can bear combined radial and axial loads. Thrust ball bearings can also be used to withstand pure axial loads when the rotating speed is high and thrust ball bearings are not suitable. Compared with other types of bearings with the same specifications and sizes of deep groove ball bearings, this kind of bearings has smaller friction coefficient and higher limit speed. But it is not shock resistant and unsuitable to bear heavy loads.
When the deep groove ball bearing is mounted on the axle, the axial displacement of the axle or the housing can be limited within the axial clearance of the bearing, so it can be positioned in two directions. In addition, this kind of bearing also has a certain self-aligning ability. It can still work normally when the inclination is 2′-10’relative to the shell hole, but it has a certain impact on the bearing life.
