Stainless steel bearings
Compared with ordinary bearings, stainless steel bearings not only have obvious advantages in material, but also are more stringent in process, accuracy than ordinary bearings. During the working, stainless steel bearings work stably, with little noise, corrosion resistance and wide range of applications.
Bearing rings and rolling materials is AISI SUS440C stainless steel (domestic brand: 9Cr18Mo, 9Cr18) by vacuum quenching and tempering treatment, cage and sealing ring skeleton material adopts AISI304 stainless steel. Compared with ordinary bearing steel, stainless steel bearings have stronger rust prevention and corrosion resistance, and select suitable lubricants, dust cover and so on, which can be used at-60℃~+300℃ environment. Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings can withstand moisture and other medium caused by corrosion. The single row deep groove ball bearings, like standard deep groove ball bearings made of carbon chromium (rolling bearing) steel, have deep raceway bearings, and a high degree of coordination between the raceway and ball bearings. Because of the high mechanical strength and large load capacity, stainless steel bearing are widely used in food processing, medical equipment and pharmaceutical machinery.

1, excellent corrosion resistance: stainless steel bearings are not easy to rust, and has a strong corrosion resistance.
2, washable: stainless steel bearings can be washed down, there is no need to re lubrication, to prevent rust penalties.
3, can run in liquid: because of the materials used, we can run in the liquid bearing and bearing seat.
4, the drying rate is slow: AISI 316 stainless steel, no oil or grease, anti-corrosion protection. Therefore, if the speed and load are low, there is no need for lubrication.
5, hygiene: stainless steel natural clean, no corrosion.
6, high heat resistance: stainless steel bearing are equipped with high temperature polymer cage or not in a complete patch structure of the cage, can run at a higher temperature range of 180°F to 1000180°F. (with high temperature resistant grease)
